Beautiful hotel, excellent staff and excellent breakfast buffet. Allessandro at front desk was incredible.

Breakfast was wonderful. Natàlia was very friendly and helpful. So many breakfast choices. Bread was delicious.

I am so happy I selected this hotel! My son is studying in Spain for semester and I choose hotel since it is close to him and I am so happy I did! It is in a perfect central location and reasonably priced. I walked to every major site in Madrid from here. I went to Toledo for the day and you can walk to main train station at Atocha from here in 15 minutes. The staff was wonderful. My room was great. It faced the street and it was quiet with the double noise cancelling doors. I loved opening them up in the morning and looking out on the street. The breakfast blew me away. Everything was delicious and there are so many healthy choices. I loved starting my day with it. I hope to return to Madrid someday and I will definitely stay here again!

1) The fact that I expressed myself in Spanish with the staff does not mean that the staff should not speak in Italian. My wife does not speak Spanish and many times, your staff, in her presence, despite her asking to speak to her in English or Italian continued to speak in Spanish. 2) Your breakfasts are disappointing and you charge a lot of money. I repeat that breakfast is always the same and that you recycle the cakes not eaten from the day before. You don't even have any idea what a rich and international breakfast is. 3) The fact that you believe the saleswoman and not the customer makes you think a lot about your professionalism. Do you have evidence that we have consumed entire portions of salami and ham? Do you have evidence that we consumed 20 sandwiches for breakfast? Absolutely not. You rely on two rude people who don't even know how to smile at people who pay more than 300 euros a night. And even if it was that we had consumed everything you say, what's wrong with that? Is there a consumption limit? My lords you are light years behind in how to carry out a catering and hotel service, you boast of being the first in Spain as far as hospitality is concerned but I think you have given yourself the votes.

Nice well located hotel. We walked everywhere. Great staff. Front desk person got me a coffee at 5:30 in the morning because I was wide awake and adjusting to time change. Lovely breakfast with a staff member who remembered my coffee preference each visit. Despite being on a lower floor and facing street room noise was very minimal. Clean rooms. Good water pressure and comfortable beds. One of the only hotels that offered twin beds for friends traveling together. I would choose this hotel again.
