The breakfast times should be extended. Start at 7.am for early travellers & end at 11.am for holiday makers, not 10.30 . We got to breakfast at 10..am and there was very little left on offer and no attempt to make more. Cleaners all around you scraping tables and packing chairs away, switching off coffee machines . The opposite of hospitality. Sad as it lets the entire experience of the hotel down badly.

Great location with clean rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Close enough to walk into town for most people, with a vast selection of restaurants and cafes to choose from. For older people or those who suffer from the heat, a shuttle service would've been useful.

To be improved

The quality of breakfast was variable, and often there were items that needed replenishing, but weren't replenished quickly enough. The sun loungers on the beach area were very tired, and should be replaced. Sometimes there were not enough sun umbrellas available for everyone. Whilst the staff did occasionally patrol the sun lounger areas for reserved loungers not being used, there was the usual problem with the majority of loungers being reserved but with nobody on them. Particularly in the pool area. We had a pool view room, and each morning, of the 30 to 40 loungers available, I'd say there were less than 10 occupied each morning when I looked over the balcony.

Many of the ‘beach’ sunbeds and umbrellas require upgrading / replacement.
