“Great Centrsl”

The best

In general we were happy with the apartment, it was great for the few days we stayed. Nicely furnished in a perfectly central location. Had everything we needed. Excellent communication with the owners/letting agent.

To be improved

The floor was a little dirty which was fine once we swept it, the water didn’t drain away in the master bedroom en-suite shower which was reported but not resolved, this wasn’t too concerning as we used the second bathroom. The entry locks were a little problematic, the main complex door didn’t release via WiFi on phone but this was ok once another tenant let us in and we got the main key and the keypad entry to the apartment failed on our third day and we were locked out for 5 hours but this was resolved as promptly as possible. This appeared to be a newly refurbished complex so we expected a few minor issues, once fully resolved it will be great place to stay!

The automated system smartrent didn't work well - as such we couldn't access the main building. I had to buzz every other apartment until someone answered and trusted me to let me in. Once then in the flat (we had the code to the actual flat), we found keys on the table which we could use to access the building. Secondly, the system didn't at first have the WiFi password and modem data. I had to request this. Then the correct modem couldn't be found (the one I found in a cupboard, had too short a lead to be plugged in. I would have needed an extension. And it wasn't the model that the smart system was telling me to use)
