Picture is misleading. Apartment was in the first floor. There was no terrace to be seen. Otherwise the apartment was ok

To be improved

One of the toilets was leaking water. Overall cleanest was lacking. Dirty elevators. Trash left on the hallways. Cleaning products and tools like brooms left around for the whole day.
