In the description it stated the pool is the standout feature of this apartment!! Private pool!! We booked this apartment for a special birthday believing we were paying a premium compared to other properties because we had our own pool...but no .it was a shared pool. The pool is only accessible by flights of steep stairs with no rail at the steepest, which is no good if you have walking difficulties like me....My partner found the pool to be absolutely filthy...grime all on the bottom, sides and floating on top.. The pool area as a whole is "tired" and needs updating, plus the pool is very small for it to be a shared pool. The Shower in the room has black mould around the bottom, The door to bathroom is "peeling", the flush mechanism on 2nd toilet not working. The property access works based on ekeys on your phone, unfortunately they couldn't provide working keys to partners iPhone! So reliant on one phone always having battery life.... The noise at 7am in the morning is horrendous!! No chance for a lie in...the bin men come and stop outside your window and it sounds like every bin with all Sevilles empty bottles are emptied into this cart for 30 minutes!! Drilling maintenance above and around you ....Hoovering , yelling, it's all going on between 7&8am!! Never found any information in room for WiFi access. Shower runs cold whilst taking a warm shower!! A/C in bedroom runs very cold even when you set a higher temp, it doesn't seem to adjust in the bedroom but does in other rooms.... We would not return to this over priced property. There are alot of properties near the cathedral with shared pools at a far lower price .

The location we fantastic . The host was OUTSTANDING extremely friendly and helpful. Several great restaurant to pick from ,many shops to browse for souvenirs ,shopping, pharmacy . Hearing the Church bells was a great plus.

To be improved

The lobby ambience was plan . There is white plastic square on the floor on the incline entering or decline exiting that is slippy . beware

The best

Location of apartment was fantastic. It can be a bit noisy first thing in the mornings and late at night due to its location, but wasn't a huge problem. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, had everything we needed. The hosts were excellent and were very prompt with their replies.

The best

Very central. Right by the Cathedral. Light and airy. I suspect in summer would not get too much direct sunlight into apartment to over heat it. Leonardo was very helpful when rhe app lock would not work with my phone and in helping us find the apartment.

To be improved

Difficult if you have a car as very central in old city. Did not bother us but was quite noisy from people (not cars). Needs some repair work to floor, one light in bedroom missing. But overall would stay again.
