The room asignated to us has no window, no exhaust at all. There is no airconditioning either so the heat is unbearable without any window.

We found bedbugs in our bed after staying one night there. So we were left at 2 a.m with nowhere to stay for night. Room was nothing like in the picture, without window, ventilation and it was impossible to sleep there as it was really hot insite. Dont go there!!! and dont be tempted by the good price because it is not worth your health!!

The location is perfect because it is near the Metro, shops like DIA and Carrefour, banks are also nearby, you can go to Plaza Mayor, Mercado San Miguel, and Puerta del Sol.

To be improved

What I didn't like was that I had to carry (one by one )my 2 big luggage, that is 23kg each, on the 4th floor. They should have mentioned that there is no lift available in the building, so the customers will be aware.

One toilet/shower for 4 rooms. Had to wait several times. Also no mirror in my room. So had to use the toilet/shower when I needed a mirror.
