The best

The property is spacious, well appointed and maintained. The decor and fixtures are ultra modern, the kitchen is well supplied with high quality appliances, cookware and dishes.

To be improved

We stayed iMadrid in especially hot weather and were unable to figure out how to turn on two of the ceiling fans. Given that it was early July, we could not understand why, as is in so many European lodgings, a winter comforter is in the duvet on the beds with no alternative top bedcover. Finally, each time that the property was contacted by us in English, although the response was relatively prompt, the reply came back in Spanish.

The best

Location was fantastic, a lovely area of the city. Soundproofing - couldn’t hear the outside noise at all. Spacious and modern. Lovely decoration and furnishing. Wonderful communication from manager.
