“Very hot July Madrid. I recommend room with AC not a fan.”

The location is good. Balcony with a view. The guy “Wikensonne” was helpful.

To be improved

My Room with sharply bed size. You can not move. Very hot temperature in Madrid was 40 degrees. No air conditioning only fan re-circulating the same hot air in my room. You can not open balcony due to lot of bugs and mosquitos. Shared toilets and showers could be way better with better hygiene.

Central location and Wilkensonne was very helpful and nice.

To be improved

The communal bathroom was not very clean, there was mold in the ceiling, you couldn't close the main door, everything was very old. The place appeared in a search where I filtered places with individual bathrooms, which was not the case. This should be expressly stated in the description.

There is building materials and tools lying around the common areas. The staff pretend to not understand when you confront them about problems ie a cash supplement has to be given for a check out after 20:00. And yet the staff have no change and expected me to hand over a €50 bill.
