Central and cozy apartment in Seville

Extremely cold and only one air conditioning available, very small rooms (no space to move in the room), far from the center (30 minutes), only spanish speakers, one window (bathroom) is always open, some furnitures should be replaced (chairs).

The place needs more air-conditioning, because, with this summer, we had to let the room doors open to receive some air, since the air conditioning is located in the living room

The apartment is quite far away from the city center. Because check-in is only possible from 15:00, we decided to put the car at a paid parking in the city center and check-in after our sightseeing day. The communication by the manager of the apartment was terrible. Only possible in Spanish, and we had to ask everything ourselves. Both in Granada and Cordoba we had a great experience where the manager of the apartments pro-actively send us a detailed whatsapp message with all details from where to park, exact location, log-in codes, etc. The parking in the area is terrible. No free spaces anywhere. It was quite difficult to find the key box (a photo would have solved the issue easily). Inside we didn't know what floor the apartment was on, nor what the number of the apartment was. After going to the 4th floor and down again, it turns out it was one of the two apartments on the ground floor. The manager didn't respond anymore, so we had to find out things ourselves, with help from the visibly annoyed neighbours. The apartment is dated, and looks a bit dirty. It was super hot inside. There is only an airco in the living room. The bedroom doesnt cool down, and it's hard to fall asleep in this sauna. All in all a disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
