The best

My stay here could not have been easier. The hosts were easy to communicate with while being completely non-intrusive. The apartment has all the modern conveniences; air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron etc. The balcony is large and can accommodate 4 people for a home-cooked dinner, when my friends visited we had a lovely evening with some wine here with a view of the ocean. Bed linen, beach and bath towels are all provided. Location wise the apartment cannot be beaten in terms of convenience. The Yumbo is a 2-minute walk away, with bus stops to the airport very close by as well. The local supermarket is a 30-second walk from the building. A 20-minute walk takes you to the dunes past an array of restaurants. Without a doubt this will be my first choice of accommodation on my return to Maspalomas.

To be improved

One of the bars in the Yumbo has a very loud Karaoke night that did keep me up for a while. This is of course not something the hosts can control, just a function of the apartment's location at the heart of an entertainment district.

Beautiful apartment in a central location for those who like to party at the Yumbo center with kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and even towels and a beach umbrella included!

To be improved

Quite honestly it is difficult to find any negatives... Maybe if you're into peace and quiet this is not the place for you since it is close to a lively area. The pool is also shaded during the evening.
