Central apartment with Picasso vibes by REMS

The gold standard for serviced apartments! We had a fantastic 4-day stay at this apartment. We were given a link to unlock the door. You will need to be connected to the internet - slide the bar on the website to unlock the door and enter the digits as instructed. Love that I don't have to worry about losing keys to the apartment. Entrance has a couple of steps and there is a lift/elevator to the apartment. The place was even better than the photos, very clean and well equipped for a comfortable family stay. There are plenty of small touches which we appreciate - the apartment was cool with aircon on when we arrived on a hot 32 deg. day, there were already a jar of cold water in the fridge and ice cubes in the freezer. Towels, soap and shampoo were provided, and the showers were amazing. Lovely to come back after a hot day of sightseeing and have a cool shower and rest. They also provide two laundry pods for a wash and there's a clothes dryer as well. Location: Fantastic! We were so near to all the places we wanted to visit. 5-8 minutes walk to the Roman Amphitheatre and the entrance to the Alcazaba, and the Malaga Museum. 2-3 min walk to the Picasso Museum and the Video Games Museum. 8 min walk to the Thyssen Museum and Calle Larios. The apartment is on a quiet street but go round the corner and you'll have lively tapas bars and restaurants. The apartment is literally 3 min walk to El Pimpi. It is also about 15-20 min walk to Muelle Uno at the port with a lovely children's playground and next to La Malagueta Beach. If you go to the beach, have lunch at La Canasta. The food is amazing. The beach itself is an urban beach so perhaps not the nicest sand. The shallows and water are lovely though. The service provided by REMS is top-notch. They said they provide 24/7 service and I kid you not, they do! I had a non-emergency request which I type into booking.com website and they responded quickly even at night time.

Beautifully furnished, modern, spatious, clean with all amenities and absolutely central location from where you can explore the city. We warmly recommend it.
