“Not good apartment”

Mr. Francisco is a very friendly person. I had a check in at 3pm and he told me I can come at 10am when I asked him if I could be there at 10am. When I arrived, I was shocked. I have never been in a dirtier apartment. There was hair and pubic hair all over the apartment. Even on the bed and pillow. The walls are paper thin, and the bathroom has a glass floor. So every night I listened to them having sex and talking until 3am. Every step of the neighbor could be heard. Even when he went to the toilet to relieve himself, it was heard. I didn't sleep a single night because of the noise. There were leftover food on the kitchen table. The bathroom is moldy.

The location is perfect for traveling people. Easy to walk almost everywhere.

To be improved

The car park says "optional" which usually means if you like to buy it or not. But in this facility it means you have to guess it is available or not since there are no options to check beforehand. If you are coming with a car, book it returnable, check the park availability and then decide whether you will stay or not. We booked it unreturnable, the host offered cancelation first but then after seeing our stay was unreturnable the tone changed drastically. He/She directed us to a private parking near to the apartment. Unfortunately there are 3 facilities near the house and all of them was full during our stay so we had to park in the street and hope for the car will not get damaged or fined. Aside of that, both of the rooms don't have any window. Both bed sheets were not clean. There were body hairs over, under the pillows and sheet. We had to use our towels as sheets while sleeping. There were also dirty sheets under the bed. Beds are super hard. If you are not used to sleep on a hard mattress, you will have very hard time sleeping. The bathroom is in the middle of the two bedrooms which have two doors to access. So while you are in the bathroom someone can jump in without noticing. The only good thing about the apartment is it's location.

Location was great. Only few minutes walk away from the busy tourist neighborhoods and nice and quiet. I met the owner when I stupidly locked myself out…he was very quick to help me and was very gracious about it.

“Exceptional”

The best

It was a very comfortable apartment that suited us perfectly, the location was perfect, near the centre but still nice and quiet with some lovely bars nearby. We enjoyed the facilities (air con, tv and kitchenette). Our host was very kind and attentive to our needs, bringing extra things we needed.
