“Super location, clean, new apartment with amazing views!”
The best

The location is prime, the apartment is new, in good condition, clean, safe, and the bed quite comfortable. Located on the top floor with amazing views, you can see and hear all the hustle and bustle below. (If you close all the exterior blinds it blocks out most of the late night and early morning city noise.) Most likely you know this is the case as you are staying on the exciting and busy Gran Via. Fabulous location. Walk to every historic and scenic spot on your list, Retiro included. Metro and bus stops are steps away from the door.

The location is very convenient, in the thick of everything. Unfortunately, it's also VERY noisy.

An A/C wasn't working since day 1, the apt was extremely hot and stuffy at night, so we couldn't get a SINGLE night of good sleep. Also, the apt is in a very noisy area, so we couldn't keep windows opened either at night. The lack of sleep completely RUINED our trip. A property manager kept promising they would fix it for 10 days!!! To be fair, the other appliances did work and ensuite laundry was nice but neither could redeem the broken A/C. The floors seemed dirty: there was a plastic straw near a bedside table. Tableware was provided but all banged up.
