The waste collection happens twice a week during the night. Unfortunately the containers are close and it is very loud

The best

Was only minutes away from shops, restaurants beach etc. Very clean and 2 ring hob and microwave for basic cooking if required. Small sunny balcony in the afternoon.

To be improved

No Air Conditioner which may be needed in summer months.

Excellent cozy accommodation in the city center, about 10 minutes walk to the sea, 2 minutes away there is a store. The landlord is a very nice and adequate person, he quickly solved all our questions and was in touch when needed

The best

The apartment is located close to the big grocery store but it was noisy at times as there is a bar underneath.

To be improved

A bit smaller than I thought - seemed closer to 40 m² than 50 m². To my taste the bed was pretty poor as it's just a basic light loose mattress put over the wooden bed frame. I'd also throw in a kettle and some tea spoons as it was missing, change the mop to some modern square microfibre one and definitely get rid of the little ants as there was an issue with it. You can't leave any food on the countertop as the ants come after it in no time and also crawl all over you. I even left some yoghurt on a plate to take a pictures for the owner and show him the problem. The ants must have many nest in the apartment so you don't have to lure them as they are already there waiting for a food grab. The owner ignored the issue saying it's normal and the ants are everywhere. Well, I can't agree with that as I rented different place in Fuerteventura and there was no bugs at all.
