The view is not great- it is located toward north-east, and the view is on other apartments located on the hill (those are facing the sea). The small sea view is from the entrance to the flat- this is not a balcony, just entrance. Bars in the windows. In general too expensive for 2 ppl, maybe better value for 4 ppl. As I figured there is only 1 apartment in the offer. We didnt use the pool, so cannot comment on that.

• Unfortunately, there was building work going on in the apartment below. While this wasn’t the owner’s fault, it did disrupt the peace a bit. • The apartment doesn’t have air conditioning. While this wasn’t a huge issue, the apartment does get quite hot during the day and night, so more fans would be helpful to keep it cool. • The road outside can be quite busy, even at night. This wouldn’t have been too bothersome if it weren’t for a rattling drain grate outside that made noise every time a car or lorry passed over it. Since we needed the windows open to cool down the apartment, this became a bit of a disturbance. It might be worth reporting this to the local council to see if it can be repaired. • We did lose three days of pool use due to an issue where it went green. Although this was addressed promptly once we reported it, the time needed for the repair meant we couldn’t use the pool during that period, which was a bit disappointing.

No air conditioning. Not so much the fault of the property but was quite noisy at different times of the day for varying reasons: building work in apartment below during mornings/afternoons then live music from across street in evenings and also traffic including very late bin lorry collections (twice per night as they collect one side of street then the other an hour later)

The front door was a nightmare to close and very nice neighbours nice place to relax.

We got in the pool but a little cold as not heated we visted in march but location and apartment is so very nice 10/10
