I don’t understand where the 1,5 bathroom comes from. I truly did enjoy my stay but please put a soap dish in the shower. The shower was so tiny I was afraid to bend down in fear I would hit my head on the window handle or burn myself with hot water if I hit the faucet. Shower is SMALL

“2 bed, 1 bath apartment with good amenities at an AMAZING location”

The best

The hosts were very responsive and helpful in getting me into the apartment. Once inside after the first time I had keys but it was comforting to know that there was remote access in case of lock out or something. It was really nice to have a full apartment while traveling as four adults. I was very pleasantly surprised by the hot water. I am accustomed to small water heaters but we all four were able to shower without running out of warm water. Really nice it had an elevator for my senior parents and suitcases. Best of all was the location!!!!!!!!!!!!! Literally steps off the Plaza Mayor. Grocery store one street over. Metro a short walk. Very walkable location overall. For example Prado was like 20 minute walk which is long but very doable at a slow pace. If not it is an easy train commute around city. Also fairly easy to get to airport from the apartment. You do transfer a few times but it’s all connected and has elevators.

To be improved

The title of the booking claims two bathrooms. There is one bathroom. I am also glad that I double checked that the sofa bed would have sheets as that did not seem to be standard and was told the cleaning crew would leave them. If you advertise two bathrooms and sleeps six it should have two bathrooms and sleep six. We also stayed on days it was over 90 degrees. The air conditioning did not work well enough. It was 79 degrees in the apartment. The fan in the living room did not work at all. Thankfully it cooled off at night and dropped over the weekend so the balcony windows and one working fan made it comfortable.
