“Could be nice, but....”
The best

The location is good, 10' walk to the centre The washing machine works well Contact to the owner was easy

To be improved

At first we did not notice how disgusting the floor is, we saw it after 20' - black soles of the feet The bed is wobbling extremly, the bed legs might not be fixed well The apartement is in the ground floor, all windows are taped shut with white paper The entrance door is in to open only by force The sofa is not comfortable
