“Good stay!”

The best

Its very close to the beach and other shops, It is very spacious as it has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The view is really nice in my opinion. It has everything you need.

To be improved

The fridge had an odd smell, and the sink in the kitchen too but I think that can be fixed.

“The location is excellent. Very close to C6 bus stop for getting to and from the airport, right outside the tram stop if you fancy a day in Benidorm or elsewhere and only a 10 min walk to beach plus restaurants etc. Supermarket is right next door too. Flat is comfortable and has everything you could need really, including toiletries, cleaning equipment, sun umbrellas for the beach etc. · Cons: There was nothing we didn't like. It might be useful to have an information pack on where to find WiFi password, where to leave rubbish or how to operate oven etc but with a bit of trial and error we figured it all out. These are just minor things though.”

Great and spacious apartment. 10 min. from the beach, 5 min. from the cozy center. Very friendly and helpful landlord.

“Excellent central location but could do with a bit of updating.”

The best

Excellent central location. Plenty of room and well equipped. Not well sound proofed. Very noisy a couple of nights from outside music. Not recommended if a light sleeper. Host was excellent with a few queries we had.

To be improved

Not enough comfortable seating. Bathroom more of a wet room and could do with updating.

“Exceptional”

The best

Zia was a wonderful host. His arrival messages were perfect. His excellent eating and drinking recommendations were great. The apartment is perfectly situated, so close to restaurants, shops, the main market, and transport links. Due to a family illness, we had to fly back early. Zia was understanding, kind, and caring. We enjoyed a lovely, relaxing stay in a fantastic central appointment.
