To be improved

No running water. Yes, this was a temporary condition, but they could have warned us. Their English communication was great until there was a problem. We checked out immediately and had to stay in a hotel.

Convenient location with walking distance to the city center

To be improved

Very noisy. A bar downstairs patrons were loud until 3am in the morning every night. Then, it was a garbage truck passing in the middle of the night every night with very loud sound so that even earplugs didn't help. Loud drilling construction work in this apartment hallways started in the morning at 8am producing lots of dust.
