Centric Apartments Sagrada Famila 3

It was very loud - a lot of street noise at night and it woke my children. There were people on the street level talking intermittently and the noise from garbage and recycling trucks in the middle of the night was excessive. The bedding was very basic and the upper level on the beds wasn't very stable. A person moving on the top bunk created a lot of noise. There was limited space in the rooms due to having so many beds. One wardrobe for 3-4 people per room is inadequate. The sink in the bathroom was leaking and overall the place was run-down and not as pictured.

I was contacted numerous times for an estimated arrival which I didn’t mind at first as they had to be at the apartment to let us in. However these messages became quite demanding as they expected us to rush to the apartment but didn’t take into account how long it takes to get through border control and the airport in general. On arrival the buzzer to the apartment wasn’t working and they would not let us in. Luckily a stranger let us in, the apartment number was very confusing and once we found it we were greeted by a very angry man. He started shouting at us saying he had been waiting too long. As a group of young girls visiting Barcelona for the first time this made us feel quite unsafe and upset and we contemplated leaving and staying somewhere else. We had rushed through the airport and through the city to get to the apartment because we felt like we had to to be greeted in a horrible way.
