I liked that it had a balcony, and a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The property seemed safe. The location is very close to the beach and to a few markets.

To be improved

It doesn’t receive a lot of direct sunlight during the day (no sunlight in the bedroom at all and very little in the living room), so there is a slight moist smell. Also, it’s really hard to dry and ventilate the bathroom (no windows, no ventilation). Finally, the nearest bus station is a 10-min walk away, uphill, which isn’t ideal.
