Very small apartment for 9 people even I got confirmation there would be no problem. Doors at toilets can't be closed, not so clean, many steps to get there from the street. The rest OK.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Barcelona. The host was really helpful, and the apartment was excellent value for money. “Good apartment, clean, good location. Poor safety”

The best

I like the furnishings of the property. The location is good, is walkable distance to the main tourist attractions, also close to the metro stations. It is also clean.

To be improved

The safety of the property needs to be improved. We stayed there for 3 nights and some strangers knocked on our door at night for 2 nights. They keep knocking our door and shouting to ask us to open the door to let them in. They said they are the neighbours and wanna jump back to their apartment cuz they forgot the key. They even offer us €50 to open the door for them. But they do not sound like good people. We call the property to sort out this problem, but they said they couldn’t sent anyone to check it out, simply ask us to call the police. There is a gate for the building, I don’t know if the passcode for the gate is secure or not, because I feel like even the strangers can get in the building easily. I would not recommend single people or female staying here considering the safety issues.

“the location was great · Cons: we didn’t have all the amenities we needed. we got 1 towels per person for the whole time we were there and the washer didn’t drain so if we wash our towels they were still wet. No drying racks”
