“Disgusting!”
Location was the only good thing.
I don’t know where to start except to say that I have never left a negative review in my life. I am not the kind of person who looks for the negatives and I am generally quite easily pleased, but from start to finish our stay was just horrible in terms of communication, facilities and customer care (of which there is none). Put simply, they just want your money and they know you are in a prime location in the city so they really don’t care about how shabby the place is. This is a shame as with some attention the place could be nice but firstly, no air con! One room is air conditioned (living room) but when you are travelling with a family at the height of summer, sleeping was extremely uncomfortable. Old fans (one of which was broken) were left for us in bedrooms but they made next to no difference. We had to buy a lighter to light the gas hob which inconvenienced us - again, faculties are so old or broken that it’s like they are just waiting to replace them. Windows don’t close making the noise unbearable at night and nothing about the place was welcoming. Sockets don’t work, they obviously don’t want to spend a penny on it but are happy to take your money. The bathroom! Think a toilet on an airplane and you are now imagining the space. Larger or disabled people simply wouldn’t be able to use it, my 7 year old daughter was burnt whilst we used the old shower facilities. Communication is poor and curt, they only wanted to know when they were constantly asking me about my arrival time because I was obviously inconveniencing the girl waiting for us who couldn’t wait to leave once we turned up. No check out information, no hand book, no where to store luggage when you check out. Which takes me on to checkout. Upon arrival we paid a €150 deposit and when I ask about check out and who would meet us to ensure we had left the property as we found it (we did) I was just met with rudeness.
“the location was great, love the air-condition and the place was clean”
I would welcome if there was a cattle to boil water, dish clothes to clean the kitchen and salt and pepper.

“Amazing location and super well priced”
The rooms and location were perfect. 3 bedrooms where 5 people could sleep was super luxury for this location. We stayed here with 2 so a lot of spare space.
