The house was very dirty. The bedsheets were dirty with hairs and stains. Apart from that, the house had a lot of dust and fluff. The heaters were full of dust, which was the worst because I suffer from rhinitis. We asked the host to change the sheets and clean the dust and kitchen, they sent a cleaning lady that changed the sheets but did not clean the rest of the house that was dirty. The water temperature was inconsistent tending to be colder. The main bedroom was very cold, even with the heating at 30ºC. The beds did not have blankets, they only had very thin quilts. We had to get the bed quilts from other bedrooms to sleep comfortably. Also, there was a lot of black mould in the house. In the bathrooms and the kitchen. The only kitchen board was really dirty and full of mould. Some of the blinders were not working, the tvs from the bedrooms were also broken or not working, only the living room tv worked. Some of the outlets were completely fire hazards because they did not have protection. Also, we found other guests belongings behind our bedroom closet. They were really dirty and full of dust. We found, clothes, accessories, makeup, etc… This was my worst booking or renting experience.
