For the most part it was good. The bed wasn’t fully flat but was comfortable.

The apparent has a humidity issue, it has a strong smell in the living room, the bedroom and bathroom. The owner tries to mask it with an air freshener but you can still smell it and feel it in the air. In my case I had some allergies because of that. The couch is old and worn out and quite dirty, as well as the couch pillows. There was a leak from the toilet. The place needs some TLC urgently.
