Accessibility and proximity to landmarks. Clean and had a lot of cleaning supplies. Good amount of cutlery. Minor bump with the digital key, but it made check-in easy.

To be improved

The shower was leaking, so the hot water ran out quickly. There weren't any of the important cooking utensils—knife and spatula—so we bought some and left it at the apartment. Spent Christmas here and it was a bit of a struggle to cook meals with incomplete kitchen tools.
