Centrico apartamento familiar con patio privado

It’s quite a long walk to the centre when you are only staying in Alicante for a couple of days but that is reflected in the price

The check-in procedure was a bit too impersonal. There was only the instruction to pick the key in a key-box, but nothing about the house and its appliances. We saw some electronic devices inside the apartment (like small fans and something that looked like a dehumidifier) we got no explanation of why and how to use them. Some of them were just thrown on the floor. A bit more organisation of the space would be good. When we arrived, the electric plug to turn on the internet model was absent. We had to call the host to bring it back to the apartment, since we needed internet to do some teleworking. We believe that the apartment should always be checked for the basic things before a new booking starts. I was very disappointed to know that I could not prepare a coffee in the apartment, because the cook-top works with induction and the italian moka was not compatible. The box of the shower didn't have a door, so some water leaked outside the bathroom every time we took a shower. The apartment and the entrance hall smelled like mold, given the fact that there is no ventilation and no sunlight in the ground floor. So be aware that the rooms 1 and 2 are not bright and not well ventilated.
