Céntrico apartamento

Not enough bed sheets and pillows… shower head was not connected to the wall, broken. Found crumbs and seeds in the couch where I slept… yet we paid 30€ cleaning fee…

The apartment is very rundown. The air conditioning was not enough for the whole apartment. A fan is needed in the bigger room. Even though is clean is so rundown that feels dirty and uninviting.

The host did not reply to the emails I sent. I had no other way of communicating, since my cell only had a data plan. To finally be able to get in, I went to their competitor (ApartEasy) who had an actual office next door, and where someone was present and kind enough to let me use their phone. For 2 nights in a row, there was a party upstairs that went on until the early hours of the morning. I could hear agressive banging on my ceiling, people running, yelling and laughing while going up and down the stairs, scraping heavy furniture across the floors, dropping heavy things, and so on. I would have called the host, but I had no way to do so, and my email was left without an answer. Last thing was the cleanliness. While the sheets did smell good and looked freshly washed, the towels smelled like they had been forgotten in a washing machine for days. There was moldy water in the kettle and more mold at the bottom of the stovetop coffee maker, and one pot still had dried up burned food in it. Most of the glasses and plates had finger or food stains on them, so I had to wash everything before using them.
