“Comfortable stay but got some flaws”

Location, balcony view, comfortable bed.

The toilet got blocked up and it took 23 hours to get a response ( i contacted the agent and the agency and we hadn't put anything down toilet to block it !, that wasnt much fun !), the belt that operates the shutters on patio doors stopped recoiling, so we had to use a broom to hold it up ( this got responded to fairly quickly tbf), only one toilet roll left when first moved in, kettle is temperamental when turning on and off and fridge seal is very weak.

To be improved

Maintainance of the flat is lacking. Shower doesn’t drain well, shower doors need fixing properly. Washing machine has old water in the bottom,instructions on how to use things such as tv and aircon should be in the room

The best

I loved everything about my stay in Iris. The apartment is beautiful, modern and extremely clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! Communication with the host was excellent. Can't wait to stay there again :)
