The best

the flat was lovely very well equipped, super clean and modern. Fantastic location close to la Gran Via and in a lovely street with great asian restaurants. Carla the host was wonderful she showed us around and was always available.

“I highly recommend it”
The best

The location is very central, next to Grand Via and Plaza Espana. The apartment is very comfortable for 4 persons (2 adults - 2 kids) and very nicely decorated and renovated.

To be improved

I had to buy laundry detergent, but this was not included in the accommodation facilities anyway. Also, there could be an extra change of sheets in case they are needed.

The best

Carla welcomed us personally with keys and even helped with luggage! The apartment was spotless with a comfy bed and in a convenient location walkable to Plaza España, metro, buses , restaurants, shopping. Carla responded immediately to a problem with a building lock by sending a maintenance tech who arrived within 15 minutes. She also offered a referral for all hours airport transportation.

To be improved

The kitchen sink faucet was loose, but not a problem if aware and careful handling it. There is some noise from the plaza with the window vent open in the living room, but not disturbing to us.

The best

Location was excellent as was the apartment overall. It was very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Great shopping area but slightly away from the major art galleries and Royal Palace.

To be improved

There was a slight delay in the handover of keys and the hot water was slightly problematic. Lift was a bit old and clangy and the lighting in the entrance slow to respond.
