The flat is modern, spacious and in a good condition. The location is excellent. Everything was very good. We had a wonderful holiday.

To be improved

Small windows. No balcony. There was nobody coming and cleaning the flat. But that was not a problem for us. All needed equipment for cleaning is provided.

Lots of space. Washing machine useful as travelled carry on. Very clean. Plenty of storage. Communal areas spotless. Host was very helpful. Great location to explore all of Alicante.

The best

Fantastic accommodation, right by the sea front.. The apartment was clean and modern with a good size bathroom as well as all the equipment needed for a long stay, such as iron, hairdryer, etc. It was well lit and spacious and with 2 double beds of which one was the sofa bed. There was a café/bar literally outside so we could go for breakfast. The owner was so helpful and gave us instructions before we arrived and also kept in touch to make sure everything was OK.

The location and kitchen.

The key situation made it difficult if one person was leaving the room, the rest were stuck there until the other person with the keys returned. Since you need the key to get to the lobby and then back into the building and access the elevator area and the room. Two sets of keys would be much better.
