Though I paid and signed contract host would not confirm door code until day of arrival after 12pm. Not a risk travelling from England I was prepared to take. I tried calling host at least 4 times whilst in England but he would not return call. Very poor customer service from host. Lame excuse that the code could not be provided until the previous guest vacated. Surely the code is changed on every new guest, otherwise the risk to the outgoing guest swaps over to the incoming. The host should be ashamed to keep the money. Do the honourable thing, donate it to charity.

Had hoped to do laundry but washer was broken. I also found it hot but was unable to open windows at night due to noise.
