The curtains didn't close properly in one of the rooms.

Noisy area with a very busy bar next to 2 of the bedrooms. The small bathroom needs some minor upgrades (there was no plug for the bath and the screen is loose on the wall, so we couldn’t open it). The kitchen has signs of water damage in different spots and could use some aesthetic improvements. The boiler malfunctioned multiple times per day, needing intervention from the renter to get back up and running. It is also leaking and needs a cup below it to capture the water. The boiler should really be replaced.

In the master bedroom there are windows only to the inner court which makes it difficult to get fresh breeze if you like that in the night.

Airflow could have been better, it did not cool off well; on the other had we were there at the close of a record heat wave.

The only little things that might help would be Instructuons for the coffee maker and info about the colour coding and nearest rubbish locations especially for foreign guests and a washing up bowl or plug.
