The location only.

To be improved

The property was not clean when we entered it; it was 15:02 and still had the mess from the previous guests. Cleaner arrived after us and took 35 mins to clean while we sat there. Door to balcony does not close so noise and chill from outside came right in the apartment. Couch was truly uncomfortable. Entry wall had obvious water damage, bathroom ceiling leaks and kept us awake at night. Nowhere to dry dishes or utensils, no kettle to heat water for coffee. TV not smart and it shouldn't be advertised as a 1 bedroom when clearly it's a studio.
