Apartment not clean on arrival but smelling of strong chemical cleaning products to mask the fact. Communication was poor. No responses to questions raised. Because of late arrival, Julian wanted to charge €30 but waiver this charge when I expressed disappointment considering we were paying €1500 for 10 nights. No maintenance- handle broken, hanging loose off cabinet in bathroom & over mirror light broken. Storage spaces were full of items left behind by previous guests; water food products etc. Sheets and duvet cover of synthetic material and very old and worn. Towels need to be renewed.
