“Apartment very comfortable, but check-in and check-out process to improve”

The apartment was clean and well equipped. The location is perfect to visit the city and if you arrive by bus.

To be improved

The communication with the host was very hard (only Spanish). The day before our arrive he send us a message telling that the keys need to be collected in another address, very far from the apartment. We didn't have the car so it was impossible for us to get there the keys. So the host agreed to send a person with the keys to the apartment. We agreed on the time but the person arrived 40 minutes later the agreed time! For the check-out the host told us to leave the keys in a shop in front of the apartment but, when we arrived there, the shop staff wasn't happy to see us. They told us that this was the last time that they did this (because it was not their job), so it was a really unappeasable moment for us. I really suggest to organise a better process for the check-in and the check-out, or to write in the description the adresse were to collect the keys (so people can organise and choose before to book it!).
