“A choice in Murcia City center”

The best

Spacious, modernly furnished, clean apartment on the first floor, close to the center, in a quiet area, also accessible by elevator. Well-equipped kitchen. Good beds and bed linen. Supermarket and Chinese general store with long opening hours nearby.

To be improved

The parking situation on site was different to what was described on booking and by the landlord: The 'blue' zone does not exist nearby... narrow one-way streets and bollards make easy, free parking impossible. The parking garage advertised is nearby, but incredibly expensive ... unless you register via the Telpark app or accept that the car has to leave the parking garage at least once a day for a certain period in order to get an acceptable rate. The bathroom is small and not really well furnished. On behalf of the air conditioning: The air currents hit the beds and sofa. In one bedroom this is mitigated by a front panel. In the third bedroom there is no air conditioning. The ceiling fan does not really cool and is loud. This room has no window and is stuffy due to its location. The inconveniences and misinformation associated with the parking situation in particular lead to the downgrade. 7.0 points
