The experience did not meet the expectations we had from the previous reviewers. Could not get into the building using the link to the app supplied by the host. Had to wait for a resident to open the main door for us. At first, could not get the key to work in the front door. Eventually managed. Time spent outside apartment, with cases 1 hour. Wifi information provided incorrect. This has been commented a previous guest, so problem had not been fixed. This took another hour to fix. Told in an impersonal email not to disturb the other residents between 11pm and 9am, despite the bar in the street below being open until 1am, residents leaving for work before 7am and building work being carried out in the apartment above from 8:30am. Another impersonal message telling us to remove our rubbish, despite being charged a £55 cleaning fee.

WiFi codes were wrong, took several emails/messages to sort out - helpful and prompt replies but unwanted hassle on arrival. Noise from downstairs bar unless you keep the windows shut, but no air con.
