“The location is excellent, you don't really need to spend on public transport tickets to walk around the centre. It could be noisy during the evening/night because Madrid is the city that never sleeps. The bathroom is quite small, but still usable. My room had a window to the staircase which was a bit weird but I could cover it with a curtain to maintain my privacy. · Cons: It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room.”

“Everything was perfect except the room with a window on the building stairs. I guess with any other room the experience would have been perfect · Cons: The stay was very good. Unfortunately my room had a window on the stairs of the building and everytime someone entered the building at night I woke up from the noise and full light coming into the room. I have to say mine was the only room with this issue so any other is probably fine. As a suggestion I think at least a better curtain could improve the full light coming from the stairs”

The stay was very good. The hotel was good and the staff were friendly & helpful. The place was very clean, and the location was great, close to everything

It's on the 3rd floor with no lift. Bathroom was very small
