The best

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! 30 second walk to Gran Via metro. 3 minute walk to Puerta del Sol. Lots of restaurants and bars around.We had room 5, at the back of the building, so it was quiet.

To be improved

The room is only just big enough for the bed and the bathroom is very small, but if you're only using the room to sleep in it's OK. The air-conditioning turned itself off in the middle of the night, so woke up very hot. On 4th floor with no elevator.
