“The location is perfect, close to everything. · Cons: They didn't clean the room because I had to put a sign on the door. I forgot about it, and when I asked, they were upset because it was after noon. I explained the situation and finally they cleaned it, but the guy was upset.”

“Great location They let us leave our bags there before check in time. · Cons: Room was quite small compared to photos. After arriving they needed to fix the aircon in our room so while we were unpacking they came in and had to move the bed and we had to move all our stuff while we were trying to get ready to go out for the evening. I feel that they could have given us a different room or fixed the aircon before our check in time. 2 flights of stairs to walk up with luggage.”

In middle of city center, enough restaurants,etc in walking distance. We had the inner room, payed 120 a night, reasonable price!. Appartment was fresh / clean. Thanks Luis! When you Google "tres dias en Madrid" you find out that this is the perfect spot to walk 3 routes and see al mayor sites.

To be improved

Since the appartment door is situated in a long hall with more doors it can be a bit noisy when persons are arriving or going. Luckily during our stay it was not to bad. Be aware that bed in our room was only 140cm ( i guess)
