Instructions on how to find and enter the property we're clear. The property was in the heart of a lively neighbourhood. It was clean but not good value. No light on stairs.

To be improved

The property is up 4 flights of stairs with no lift. When we arrived there were no lights on the stairs. We did try several of the light switches. When we returned after an evening out it was pitch back. I told the owners and they said it had been fixed, which it appeared to have been done. However the next evening there was no light on the stairs again. This was frankly very dangerous.

Placed in the middle of old city, close walk to most tourist attractions. All communications with personell are online.

To be improved

It would be great if the booking honestly stated, that the window is not closing fully by design (there are sizable gaps on bought sides) and facing internal plumbing. Also... yeah, I barely fit into shower. And I have reasonable woman XL size. The doors are really narrow and there is not much room to move. Absence of proper ventilation/conditioner makes air damp.
