I liked the location- good for visiting

Not very clan: hair on the sink, stains on the sheets Claustrophobic small - room number 7 Paper thin walls so if your neighbours decide to have a live conversation at 1:30 am you are unwittingly participating as well… I couldn’t get proper rest because of that. Even earplugs didnt help!

Very good location with lots of shops and restaurants close by, Gran Via and Chueca are 2 minutes to walk; friendly staff, very clean, little noise from the street even though the location is very central.

To be improved

A bit of noise from the hallway, beds could be better.

Location is wonderful, staff was very helpful.

We were super unlucky with our room as it was the first one , right besides the main entrance. We couldn’t sleep properly for the entirety of our stay because we could hear suitcases, the elevator, people sneezing coughing talking etc., absolutely no soundproofing. The room was perpetually dark and kinda depressive because of the inner courtyard view (not sure whether this was our mistake for not checking to make sure we had a city view, or the property just randomly assigns rooms).

The room is very cold, heating was not working, blanket was very thin, it was even not a blanket but a rug. While it was +6 outdoors. There was no one at the reception to ask for additional blanket.
