The best

Location is perfect, close to everything (shops, eating places, coffee shops, gelato, grocery stores, cultural and historical sites etc.). Triana is a bit further away but definitely walkable. Apartment is very spacious, has all of the essentials, and well decorated. Great to come back to a cool apartment after walking around in extreme heat. Ayoub who received us was very friendly and always available to assist.

To be improved

No elevator. Can be problematic when carting luggage up and down. Good workout though but elderly would probably struggle unless someone does it for them. A bit of noise when Aircon is on but not massively inconvenient. Ceiling in ensuite bathroom is flaking a bit. Didn’t bother me though.

“Beautiful but moldy”

The location is great and the decorations are adorable!

To be improved

There was mold in the bathroom, bathroom ceiling was peeling off/flaking off, and the plumbing off gassed into the sink making it smell like sewage. We were unable to use the kitchen for most of the stay because they have an induction stove but not induction pans so it didn’t work. The staff was great and tried to fix it.

“Well located apartment with good facilities”

The best

Lovely apartment that is very well located. Comfortable beds, nice to have 2 bathrooms, great kitchen, and we enjoyedthe big patio. We found we could walk everywhere, such as Plaza España, about 30 min walk while seeing the sites. We even walked the 30 min from the train station, and our bus station even leaving Seville was just a 15 min walk.

“A lovely place for a family stay, would recommend.”

The best

Fantastic location, comfortable beds and very spacious. The hosts provided us with a travel cot and useful high chair which made life a lot easier with our toddler!

To be improved

It would have been useful to have some coat hooks in the hallway and a towel rack/hook in the bathrooms. It was a little bit difficult to tell which doorway went into the right apartment but otherwise everything was fine.
