“Beach trip..El Perollenet”
The best

The size of the house was very good. There was a lot of space inside and out. Very good for a family with children or a group of adults. The location was amazing...just seconds from a beautiful beach. The house itself had all the necessary amenities. The local town is only a 5 to 10 minute drive with lots of great restaurants and supermarkets. The owners were friendly and helpful.

To be improved

The house contained all the personal belongings of the owners. These belonging were in every room and this was quite off-putting. There was household equipment in one of the bedrooms. There were toys in bedrooms and in the living room. There were toiletries on all the surfaces in both bathrooms. It would be more acceptable to have the personal belongings packed away when guests are renting the property. The property was reasonably clean but could have been to a better standard. On the surface, the house appeared clean. There was however definitely room for improvement...for example ..the dishes and kitchen cutlery needing washing before use. The cushions on the patio were stained.
