The location near the airport, the size and privacy of the villa, you will need a car if you want to get about easily, but Alicante City and the beaches are under 15 mins away, the airport around 10/12 mins,there are no supermarkets in the immediate area though and it is located off a highway with no bus or train links, so again a car is necessary unless you are happy to use Taxi's everywhere ( about 14 euros into Alicante one way in the daytime and 16/ 18 euros at night, roughly the same for the Airport) ...... Sergio is friendly, helpful if needed and on hand for any issues, if you are not too fussy this is a perfect family villa at a very good price and the owner is very helpful, but don't expect 4 or 5 star living.

To be improved

Its on a busy road so a little noisy during the day. Air Con in lounge area only, would have preferred it in bedrooms but if you leave the corridor door open it filters through eventually, could do with some new towels and other bits and pieces but for the money you can't really complain, a little tired in places but its an older style villa not on a new complex, so to to be expected. Did not spoil our stay.

The best

The property is great the beds are comfortable and all amenities are provided. The owner Sergio is very funny and a nice guy he helped us with anything we needed. We spent most of our time outside which is very comfortable and has lots of nice place to sit. Overall the stay was great.
