Everything was as promised, except that because of draught in Malaga region the pool was unavailable. The host was very helpful and overall we liked our stay in this house. Chilches is nice place for quiet vacation. If you are expecting bars, restaurants and night clubs, you might wanna look somewhere else. There is a bus stop by the house, but we couldn't find any information what busses stop there. Nevertheless there is another bus stop like 700 meters from the house and the bus goes to Malaga center in about 50 minutes. Chilches beach is nice, but it's more like a wild beach, If you're looking for beach with Baywatch, bars and beach schezlong, it's not there.

To be improved

House could have been cleaned more properly before our arrival. It would have been nice to know about pool unavailability before our arrival. We hoped that there'd be 2 showers, because there are 2 bathrooms. But bathroom on ground floor contains only toilet and sink.

“Fantastic host and property”

The best

The host was very good with excellent communications. The property was great and the use of beach chairs was a bonus.

It was a shame that the pool was not open but we were aware of this before we went.

“Comfortable and enjoyable stay a few nights over the New Year. Excellent nearby restaurant & beaches”

Lovely patio and garden area. Nice and warm house. Good, fast, internet. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice lounge/dining area. Lovely hosts who left nice Christmas decorations in the house as our stay was during the festive period. Exceptionally convenient location and great for our dogs.
