“Great space and location”

The location is excellent. Close to beaches cabo roig strip and la zenia Boulevard. The pool facility is great. The villa was well equipped and spotless, very comfortable and such a good size. The outdoor space is brilliant. There was a couple of occasions that the water to the villa was shut off in the mornings for a couple of hours, this wasn't the hosts, but local building works, I understand normally the residents are informed prior, if the agency were to be aware, it would be nice to have had notice, but it didn't impact us too much. Only minor was that it was a shame the grass area wasn't in a condition to make use of extra space for little ones. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

“Bad experience with letting agent”

Unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience, when we arrived in December the house was so cold and when we turned on heat the power kept tripping. It was so cold we had no other choice but to leave before being there 24hrs . Broken tiles extremely dangerous with small children which had been noted on reviews back in the summer. Still not fixed .. No cot and I requested one 6 months previous. Still waiting on a refund. Which is not very fair how much the management company are offering .. Do not stay here in "winter months "!!

“Was a great week in the winter sun .”

Location was great , 10-15 mins walk from shops , restaurants, pub, beach . Pool was also good. Outside area was also good .

To be improved

Property was a little tired looking but was a great base for what we needed .

Minor niggle was we couldn't find an ironing board A more serious issue was 4 broken floor tiles in between the two ground floor bedrooms and bathroom which have the potential to cut someone's bare foot ( or worse )
