“Disappointed about this 25+ years old house: broken furniture, terrible acoustics, aunts in kitchen.”

Quiet area.

To be improved

Unfortunately, we cannot evaluate positively the place where: - the bed in the master room is broken (all the furniture in the house is from IKEA etc.); - the acoustics in the house are such that you can hear all the doors opening/closing. Doors as well as house is 25+ years old; - on ground floor (kitchen, living room) all the time fighting with ants. By the way, the new reality is that the solar panels partially block the view of the sea.

Very nice stay. Private parking. Clean house with AC. Private pool. Available staff

To be improved

A little far (20min walk from port of Alcudia), but still possible to walk there no problem.
