Chalet Pension Rooms Abril

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by the behavior of other guests. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, but our neighbors ignored this, and the smell of cigarette smoke reached our room just as we were trying to sleep. I even saw one of them smoking in the shared bathroom. Quiet hours were also not respected – after 11 PM, they were still watching loud TV shows, which we could clearly hear through the thin walls. But the biggest downside was the air conditioning system. We couldn’t adjust the temperature or airflow in our room, and it was freezing cold inside – even though it was 30°C outside. The temperature difference was very uncomfortable, and we had to leave the balcony door open at night just to warm up the room a bit. We contacted the host, who told us we could turn off the AC unit in the evening – but this would turn it off for all neighboring rooms as well. So every time we turned it off, someone else in another room turned it back on, and it just kept going in circles. Unfortunately, not everyone is comfortable sleeping in what felt like 10°C. So once again, your comfort really depends on your neighbors if you choose to stay here.

Only strong ceiling lamp - not even a side light. Air-conditioning full on - had to leave window open all night....therefore had noise, etc. Air-conditioning noise....all night! Extremely basic sparse accommodation No chair to sit in room, put clothes on, etc

The room was cold at arrival, but with the airconditioning, it got warm in a short while. It seems like the airco vents in the bathroom, making it colder. It seems like there was no warm water, so we did not shower.
